The flagship
You are spending serious money and you cannot say what it returns.
Ninety days. Four stages turned into one connected system. ₦1,500,000, ad spend not included. If that last line makes you hesitate, this is not for you, and I will tell you so on the call.
For businesses spending ₦2,000,000 or more a month

Arithmetic you can check on your own numbers.
Plug in your real spend and your real drop-off rate. The number it lands on is what you are already spending on leads that go cold, every month, while you read this.

Why the usual options fail
The ads agency
They run the ads and report on reach, impressions and clicks. The ad and the offer disagree, the page is the homepage, and the follow-up depends on you. They are paid to send traffic, not to fix what happens after. The gap stays open and they keep sending people into it.
The in-house hire
A smart person who does their best and has no system behind them. The reply speed depends on their workload. The script lives in their head. When they leave, the whole thing leaves with them. You bought a person, not a system.
The freelancer
Cheaper, faster on one task, and gone when the task is done. They build a page or run a campaign and move on. Nothing connects. The attract work and the convert work are built by two different people who never met. The loop never closes.
What gets built
Organised by the four stages.
Attract
Your ad account restructured so each campaign buys one type of qualified lead at a cost you can measure. The ad and the offer agree before a naira goes out.
Capture
A page built for one decision, not a menu. Every visitor who does not buy is offered a lighter reason to leave details, so the click is not wasted.
Convert
An instant WhatsApp auto-reply, a first-reply script that survives a handover, and a reply speed treated as the single most important number in the funnel.
Compound
A reactivation sequence for past customers and a referral step that makes the next customer cheaper to find than the last.
The schedule, week by week
A fee turned into a schedule.
This is the table that sells the page, because it turns ₦1,500,000 into twelve rows of what happens, what is delivered, and what you do.
| Week | What happens | What is delivered | What you do |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Audit and diagnosis | A map of your four stages, with the leak located and costed | Share ad account access, the current page, and your real numbers |
| 2 | Attract rebuild | Restructured ad account, ad copy that matches the offer | Approve the ad copy and the audiences |
| 3 | Capture build | One decision page per offer, form wired to instant capture | Approve the page and the form fields |
| 4 | Convert build | WhatsApp auto-reply, first-reply script, reply-speed tracking | Brief your team on the script and the reply window |
| 5 | Convert refinement | Script tested across a week of real leads, adjusted | Hand the team the adjusted script |
| 6 | Compound build | 14-day no-show sequence, past-customer reactivation, referral step | Share your customer list and the reactivation offer |
| 7 | Compound refinement | Reactivation message tested, referral mechanism live | Approve the reactivation message and the referral offer |
| 8 | Full loop wiring | All four stages connected into one system, leads tagged end to end | Confirm the tag structure and the reporting |
| 9 | Measurement setup | One dashboard showing cost per qualified lead and reply speed | Agree the one number that tells us if it worked |
| 10 | Run and watch | The system running live, the number being watched | Watch the number with me, flag anything that looks wrong |
| 11 | Adjust | Tweaks based on two weeks of real data | Feed back what the leads are saying |
| 12 | Handover | Files, access, scripts, the dashboard, and a 30-day support window | Take the keys, run it, call me if anything breaks |
What you own at the end
The landing pages and the form captures, files and access
The WhatsApp auto-reply and the first-reply script, written down
The ad account, restructured and labelled, in your name
The reactivation sequence and the referral mechanism
The dashboard that shows cost per qualified lead and reply speed
A brief so your team can run it without me
The investment
₦1,500,000

The guarantee
I guarantee the build, the schedule and the measurement. If the system does not do what we agreed it would do, I fix it at no extra cost for 30 days after handover. I do not guarantee a revenue figure, because revenue depends on your product, your price and your team, and those are yours, not mine.
Ten questions
Why not just hire an agency?
An agency sends traffic. I build the system that traffic flows through. If your follow-up is broken, more traffic is more money lost, not more money made.
What if it does not work?
The guarantee is on the build, the schedule and the measurement. If the system does not do what we agreed, I fix it at no extra cost for 30 days after handover. I do not guarantee revenue I do not control.
Who does the work?
I lead the strategy and the build. MediaCraft Studio Limited handles the production where agency-scale work is involved. You are not paying a figurehead.
What access do you need?
Ad account, the current website, the WhatsApp business line, and your real numbers. I cannot diagnose what I cannot see.
What happens at day 91?
You own it. The handover is the point. If you want me to keep managing it, that is a separate retainer sold on the call, not a trap built into the price.
Can it be paused?
The build is a schedule, not a subscription. You can pause between stages if you have to, but the system rewards momentum. Pausing mid-build is the most expensive way to do this.
What industries do you work in?
Travel, med spas, dental, diaspora real estate, interior design, schools, luxury fashion, hospitality, professional services, wellness. The method is industry-agnostic. The playbook is not.
What if we already have a website?
Good. You probably do not need a new one. You need the pages that ad traffic lands on, built for one decision. The rest can stay.
Do we keep the ad accounts?
Yes. Every account stays in your name. I am the builder, not the landlord. You keep the keys at every step.
Why does it cost this much?
Because it is ninety days of a system that stops the leak you are currently paying for. If you are spending ₦2M a month and losing 60% of your leads to a slow reply, the install pays for itself in the first quarter and keeps paying after I am gone.
Nobody should spend ₦1,500,000 with someone they met on a website
So do not. Book the triage first.
Fifteen minutes, free. If the install is not the right fix for your situation, I will tell you on the call and point you at the playbook or the strategy session instead.
