What we collect
Your name, WhatsApp number, email, and the details you choose to share on a form. On the triage, your business name, website, what you sell, your monthly spend, and what made you book. On the newsletter, your email only.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to diagnose your marketing, to deliver the service or product you asked for, and to send you the newsletter if you subscribed. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
For as long as we have a relationship with you, and afterwards only where we are required to keep it for tax or legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Where it lives
With the CRM and booking platform that powers the forms and the calendar on this site, and with the email platform that sends the newsletter. Both are third-party processors under contract.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and unsubscribe from the newsletter in one click. Write to press@michaelsasu.com.
