The services
The triage is free. The strategy session and the install are paid engagements. The playbooks are digital products. Ongoing management, where offered, is sold on the call, not on this site. Prices published on this site are starting prices and may change.
Ad spend
Ad spend is separate from every fee on this site. We do not hold your ad budget and we do not mark it up. You pay the ad platforms directly.
The guarantee
Where a guarantee is stated on a page, it applies to the build, the schedule and the measurement, not to a revenue figure. Revenue depends on your product, your price and your team. We do not guarantee numbers we do not control.
Playbook refunds
If you open a playbook, follow the first step, and it is not what you expected, tell us within 14 days and we will refund you. The refund does not apply to the bundle once more than one playbook has been downloaded.
Your responsibilities
You provide accurate information, access where it is needed for a build, and timely decisions. A build delayed by the client is not a build delayed by us.
Ownership
At the end of a build, you own the files, the access and the scripts. We retain the method. You do not own the Demand Loop framework, only the implementation of it built for you.
